ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of D.R Online Publishing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
SERVICES PROVIDED
D.R Online Publishing provides self-publishing consultation, editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, and related publishing advisory services. All services are delivered according to written agreements or approved proposals.
PRICING
Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and length of each project. Fees may be negotiated on a per-project basis and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments may be structured as upfront deposits, milestone-based payments, or payment upon invoice. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of up to 5 percent of the outstanding balance per month or the maximum amount permitted by law. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
REFUND POLICY
Consultation and advisory services are non-refundable once services have commenced. Editing and proofreading services are non-refundable unless the work significantly deviates from the agreed scope. In such cases, we offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Ghostwriting services are generally non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work. Cancellations prior to project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund minus any work already completed. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Books purchased via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s refund policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients may request cancellation prior to project commencement. Once work has started, cancellations may result in partial charges for work completed. We strive to work collaboratively to resolve concerns before cancellation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, clients retain rights to their original manuscripts and completed ghostwritten materials as specified in the service agreement. D.R Online Publishing retains the right to reference completed projects for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
D.R Online Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee publishing outcomes, sales performance, or commercial success.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
